Heart Spa has nothing to do with Downtime - except that it is a way that I have been given to help people.  It's a gift I have not given enough thanks for.  The entire idea is "in the works" and we are just now setting up our first get together.

  If you are a client, friend, from my church and are interested - send an email!  Even if it takes awhile to get the idea off the ground, it will perk interest in others.

Do you feel the need to pack your bags and getaway?  How about and afternoon of fun and relaxing instead?  Heart Spa is fun, easy, and a creative way for women to get together in a spa atmosphere and share! 

Our first "Heart Spa" day was May th at 10 am.   It was FUN!

Everyone loves a party, even the kind where we're expected to buy something. These parties last two hours at least and include the gifts for you to leave with.

You  will be pampered throughout this spa-themed retreat!  Hearts open up as women of all ages relax and connect with God and others through meaningful devotions, spa stations, and lots of rejuvenating fun!

  Chip in for food and drinks and we are there.  There will be 2+ hours of  fun with hand and shoulder massage, salt and sugar scrubs, nail polish, snacks and talk.  You will leave with some of the following:

Sugar or Salt Glow that you make yourself
Cards, Postcards, Magnets to celebrate the day!




The kits and everything in them are at www.group.com\heart spa  under Women's Ministry.  You will see that you can start your own group for as little or as nice as you can.  It does not really matter - the fun and the sharing will be the best part!!!
